General Investor Packages:

Rental Package: Purchase low to mid range Real Estate using inhouse Real Estate company at cost, Refurbish using inhouse construction company at cost meeting HomeOodle construction standards based on making the house Rental Ready, Rent the house using Property Management arm. Net Rental income split based on LLC ownership Levels. After 3 years, option to sell the property. Depreciation credit based on ownership levels for personal tax deduction. Low Risk, Low Profit until Resale. High Yield Long term investment.

Refurb/Flip Package: Purchase Real Estate at least 65% current appraised value from REO offices or distressed buyers. Refurbish unit using inhouse construction company. List property using inhouse Real Estate firm. Sell for 95% current appraised value. High Risk, Potential High Profit

New Construction: Purchase raw land, develop and build out, sell using inhouse sales agents. Spec homes built 75% below appraised value. Low to Middle Income targeted consumer groups. Quality construction and Warranty. 8-10% net profit. More Control, Less Profit
